Company History

1988
In 1988, G.D. Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded, starting as a general plastic injection service provider.

By 1990, we had gained increased trust from our customers, allowing us to take on injection molding projects for electrical appliance parts, lighting fixtures, and automotive components.

1996
In 1996, we began handling more complex projects, such as remote control casings and plastic parts used in industrial applications. In the same year, we expanded our services to include plastic mold-making, as we needed to assist customers with product design. Most of these projects involved small parts requiring assembly, which led us to take on the production of complex inhaler tubes, including multi-cavity mold design and seamless component assembly.

In 2006, the company’s founder launched a new business that added value to our customers' products—heat transfer labeling and In Mold Labeling (IML). This addition enhanced G.D. Plastic Co., Ltd.’s ability to offer fully integrated services.

By 2016, we further improved our production processes by incorporating robotics to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase precision. This allowed us to meet the demands of major brands and continue to grow alongside our customers.
